Founder
Ulrich-Leonhard Bogner is a seasoned financial expert with extensive expertise in capital markets, finance, and M&A. He played a pivotal role in building startups, structuring innovative financial products and pioneering securitization solutions, earning multiple international awards for his groundbreaking contributions. With a strong background in trading and automated financial systems, he applies a data-driven approach to modern finance.
Besides holding multiple Finance and Accounting certificates, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a Master of Science in Law and Finance from the prestigious University of Oxford. His solid academic foundation enables him to seamlessly integrate legal and financial strategies, allowing him to navigate capital markets, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) with expertise.
After many years of extensive theoretical and practical experience in Web3, particularly in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies/DeFi, he founded the BOGNER Academy. His mission is to share his exclusive knowledge and self-developed strategies, empowering individuals worldwide to enhance their financial understanding and opportunities.
